Warehouse Operations Manager – Night Shift Location: Colnbrook, Berkshire Salary: Depending on Experience + Night Shift Allowance + Overtime Hours: 40 hours per week – rotating night shifts between 7:00pm and 7:00am Permanenet / Full time Remarkable Jobs are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a busy night operation in Colnbrook. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and knows how to get the best from their team. You’ll take ownership of overnight performance, stock accuracy, workflow, safety and people management, ensuring the operation is ready for the following day. What You’ll Be Doing Leading supervisors, technicians, agency staff and trainees. Driving productivity, stock accuracy and operational performance. Managing warehouse workflow, returns, shortages and equipment movement. Resolving bottlenecks and ensuring deadlines are achieved. Managing staffing, absence, holidays, 1-2-1s and performance. Coaching and developing your team. Maintaining high Health & Safety standards. Ensuring accurate stock and inventory records. What We’re Looking For Experience managing a warehouse, logistics, distribution or similar operation. Strong people-management and team leadership experience. Good knowledge of stock control and inventory management. A hands-on, proactive management style. Strong Health & Safety awareness. Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced night operation. Flexibility to work overtime and some weekends. What’s On Offer? Salary depending on experience. Night Shift Allowance.
