We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and coordinate night shift warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, efficient goods movements and effective inventory management. This role would suit someone with strong warehouse administration and stock control experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Coordinator Role:

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring products are received, stored and dispatched efficiently. You will work closely with warehouse and operational teams to ensure inventory levels remain accurate and processes run smoothly throughout the night shift.

Warehouse Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain stock control systems, ensuring inventory accuracy at all times.
  • Monitor stock movements, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Coordinate goods inwards and goods outwards processes.
  • Produce and maintain warehouse reports and inventory records.
  • Liaise with warehouse operatives and management to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.

  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Coordinator, Warehouse Administrator, Inventory Controller or similar role.
  • Experience using stock control or warehouse management systems (WMS).

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work permanent night shifts.
