We are seeking a Telesales / Sales Executive to join their growing team in Bracknell. This role offers excellent career progression, with structured training and mentorship.\\n\\nAlthough this is a telesales-led position, the products/services you are selling are essential for clients to complete their projects.

This means warm calls rather than cold calling – the focus is on timing sales conversations around client needs.\\n\\nTelesales / Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:\\n\\nMake 50 calls per day to a mix of new leads (provided) and existing clients.\\nUse CRM systems to manage leads, track sales performance, and record client interactions.\\nBuild strong relationships with potential clients to identify sales opportunities.\\nWork closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and experienced colleagues to drive business success.\\nUpsell and manage existing client accounts.\\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.\\n\\nWhat They Are Looking For:\\n\\nEssential:\\n\\nSome B2B telesales or sales experience (will consider B2C sales professionals eager to transition to B2B).\\nStrong communication and negotiation skills with an excellent telephone manner.\\nComfortable making circa 50 sales calls per day.\\nOrganised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet sales targets.\\n\\nDesirable:\\n\\nExperience in a fast-paced sales environment with a track record of achieving targets.\\n\\nTelesales / Sales Executive Key Attributes:\\n\\nTarget-driven and proactive with a growth mindset.\\nTeam-focused, working collaboratively within a dynamic sales environment.\\nIT-savvy, with strong CRM and data management skills.\\n\\nTraining & Progression:\\n\\nFull training provided to ensure success.\\nClear progression paths within a growing team.\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company with an abundance of warm B2B leads.
