We are seeking a Mid or Senior Marketing Account Manager with sector experience in either Healthcare/Pharmaceutical or Technology. This role is ideal for a candidate with a creative flair, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering measurable results within fast-paced, evolving industries.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a marketing agency, strong social media marketing capabilities, excellent account handling skills, and the confidence to lead client campaigns from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing strategic marketing campaigns for clients within the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical or Tech sector.
- Supporting the end-to-end creative process, collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Identifying and driving opportunities for client growth and campaign expansion.
- Overseeing general project management duties including budgeting, scheduling, and campaign monitoring.
- Leading or mentoring a junior team member (1 direct report).
- Executing exceptional account handling and relationship management.
- Ensuring client goals and KPIs are met through strategic and creative marketing delivery.
- Previous experience within a B2B marketing agency is essential.
- Minimum 2 years experience in account handling and marketing strategy.
- Proven track record in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical or Technology sector campaigns.
- Demonstrable social media marketing experience.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing client budgets.
- Solid understanding of the creative and digital production process.
