About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the maintenance and management of commercial properties. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate repairs, and liaise with contractors and tenants to ensure the properties are well-maintained and operating smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair works across multiple commercial sites
Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, work progress, and completions
Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
Assist with invoicing, expenses, and budgeting related to property maintenance
Keep maintenance logs and databases up to date
