The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to successful tenancy.
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
- Matching applicants with suitable properties.
- Generating new business opportunities and supporting portfolio growth.
