  • Serve as the definitive internal authority on Sitecore, guiding solution design, implementation standards, and best practices across projects.
  • Lead hands‑on delivery where it counts, ensuring solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned to client goals.
  • Oversee integration with third‑party platforms including CRMs, CDPs, and analytics tools, ensuring optimal configuration and ROI.
  • Stay ahead of Sitecore’s product roadmap and evolving ecosystem, translating emerging capabilities into client opportunities.
  • e-Sales & Business Development
  • Be a compelling presence in new business pitches, helping prospects understand what’s possible with Sitecore and why Remarkable is the right partner to deliver it.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution scoping, and proposal development for Sitecore opportunities.
  • Partner with the commercial team on pitches, workshops, and RFP responses, bringing credibility and energy to the room.
  • Support client expansion by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Client Engagement & Advocacy
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients by building strong relationships, communicating with clarity, and translating complex architecture into tangible business value.
  • Lead client‑facing workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic reviews with authority and warmth.
  • Champion a data‑driven approach to personalisation, experimentation, and optimisation across client engagements.
  • External Presence & Thought Leadership
  • Represent Remarkable and the Sitecore practice at industry events, including SUGCON and other conferences by speaking, presenting, and building our reputation on stage.
  • Actively contribute to Remarkable’s marketing and brand presence through Linked In, blogs, webinars, and industry commentary.
  • Advocate for Sitecore as a platform externally, helping grow awareness and affinity within the wider Sitecore community.
  • Practice Development & Operational Excellence
  • Develop and embed best‑practice frameworks for Sitecore solution design, content modelling, experimentation, and analytics.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce time‑to‑value for clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership on practice strategy, capability development, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to team knowledge‑sharing, internal documentation, and upskilling, raising the technical bar across the practice.

Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Expertise
  • Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the Sitecore product suite, Sitecore AI, XM Cloud, CDP, Personalize, Send, Order Cloud, and the broader composable DXP ecosystem.
  • Proven experience architecting and delivering complex Sitecore solutions at scale.

  • Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data‑driven personalisation strategies.
  • Strong AI literacy is required, including hands‑on experience applying AI tools in a professional context.
  • Communication & Presence
  • Exceptional communication skills being able to engage C‑suite clients, energise a room in a pitch, and hold an audience on stage at a conference.
  • Comfortable and confident in pre‑sales and business development contexts, with a track record of contributing to winning proposals.
  • An active and credible voice on Linked In and in the wider Sitecore community.
  • Personal Attributes
  • Analytically rigorous, you use data to inform decisions and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations.
  • A natural collaborator who works effectively across commercial, technical, and client teams.
  • Always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to work, you spot process improvements others miss.
  • Curious, forward‑thinking, and motivated to stay at the cutting edge of digital experience technology.
  • Passionate about Sitecore as a platform and genuinely excited to advocate for it.
  • Customer‑centric and passionate about delivering world‑class digital experiences that exceed client expectations.

How to prepare for a job interview at Remarkable Group

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If Remarkable Group uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

Showcase Your Projects

Bring along a portfolio that highlights our best work. This could be code samples, GitHub repositories, or any side projects we’ve built. Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
