Purpose of the Role

We're looking for a capable, people‐focused HR Manager to join our team and deliver high‐quality HR services across the business. • Proactively monitor employee wellbeing and flag concerns early
    • Foster a positive, inclusive working environment
  • HR Operations
    • Manage the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding through to offboarding
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
    • Oversee and administer HR systems, ensuring data integrity
    • Support and coordinate payroll processes in conjunction with Finance
    • Manage employee benefits administration
  • Policy & Compliance
    • Keep HR policies and procedures up to date and legally compliant
    • Provide guidance to managers on employment law and best practice
    • Support the business through any TUPE, restructure, or change processes as required
  • Learning & Development
    • Identify training needs across the business and coordinate relevant L&D activity
    • Support the performance review process and help managers have effective development conversations

Skills & Competencies

Essential

  • Solid experience in a generalist HR role, ideally at HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor level
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Confident handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
  • Organised, detail‐oriented, and able to manage a varied workload
  • Proficient with HR systems and comfortable working with data

Desirable

  • CIPD qualification (any level), or working towards one
  • Experience in a fast‐paced or scaling organisation

Personal Attributes

  • Approachable and warm, someone people feel comfortable coming to
  • Proactive and solutions‐focused, with a hands‐on, can‐do attitude
