Responsibilities

  • Play a vital role within the team, working under the guidance of the teacher and alongside other support staff, helping nurture and develop students and supporting them on their educational and life journeys.
  • In partnership with Realise Training, participate in the apprenticeship program and receive training and mentorship.
  • Support students aged 16-25 in an independent specialist college environment.

Qualifications

Level 3 Teaching Support Assistant qualification.
