  • Supporting new business opportunities, owning the technology aspects of RFP and pitch presentations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong Sitecore development expertise across the legacy Experience Platform (XP/XM) and hands‑on delivery on Sitecore AI.
  • Sitecore AI CMS Developer Certified — the successor to the XM Cloud Developer Certification — or actively working towards it.
  • Working knowledge of the full Sitecore AI product surface — Content Hub, Sitecore Search, CDP, Personalize and Stream — and how these components integrate with one another and with external systems.

  • Front‑End & Head Architecture
  • Architecting headless front ends against Sitecore AI using Next. js, React and Type Script with the Sitecore Content SDK.

  • TOGAF Certified (beneficial).
  • Strong knowledge of architectural and design patterns, and modern coding approaches.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure) and how they intersect with solution and technical architecture.
  • Strong commercial technology expertise across Sitecore, Azure, microservices, APIs, integrations and Dev Ops.

  • Good experience with application performance, reliability, security, and deployment governance and standards.
  • A strong, demonstrable understanding of the cost and consequence of technical decisions, both technologically and architecturally.
  • Senior‑level understanding of the architectural landscape and how the Sitecore platform and its ecosystem continue to evolve.
  • AI & Automation
  • A practical view of how the AI capability in Sitecore AI, including Stream, changes authoring, content operations and solution design.
  • Experience applying AI‑assisted development tooling to delivery work — code generation, review and documentation — with a clear‑eyed sense of where it helps and where it introduces risk.
  • Able to assess AI features against governance, data protection and client assurance requirements.

Experience & Ways of Working

  • Previous experience leading technical initiatives and delivering enterprise‑scale digital products and solutions.
  • Devising, architecting and implementing large‑scale, complex Sitecore and non‑Sitecore digital solutions, services and infrastructure.

How to prepare for a job interview at Remarkable Global

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If Remarkable Global uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

Showcase Your Projects

Bring along a portfolio that highlights our best work. This could be code samples, GitHub repositories, or any side projects we’ve built. Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
