Wargrave House School is seeking passionate and committed GCSE subject specialists in English, Maths, and Science to join our team. The Remarkable Group has been established for over 50 years, providing the highest quality services for autistic young people. Wargrave House School (ages 5 – 16) & Ascent College (ages 16 – 25) operate a non-maintained special school and independent specialist college with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding education and care to autistic young people.

The Role

  • Deliver high-quality teaching in English, Maths or Science
  • Teach small class sizes (typically 6–8 students), enabling personalised learning
  • Differentiating effectively to meet a range of needs
  • Work collaboratively with Teaching Support Assistants and specialist teams
  • Contribute to raising standards and learner achievement
  • Support both the academic and personal development of learners

About You

We are looking for professionals who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
