About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded Partnership & Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key retail, distributor and corporate partners. This role focuses on ensuring our partners receive excellent communication and support while coordinating internally to deliver successful product launches, campaigns and ongoing account growth. You will work closely with the leadership team and cross-functional departments across operations, production, marketing and supply chain to ensure partner relationships remain strong and commercial opportunities are maximised. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing complex projects across teams, and helping partnerships grow over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner & Account Management
- Manage day-to-day communication with retail, distributor and corporate partners
- Build strong relationships with key contacts and stakeholders
- Prepare for and attend regular partner meetings and update calls
- Ensure partners receive timely updates on launches, timelines and deliveries
- Act as the main point of contact for partner queries and requests
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful delivery of partner projects
- Align operations, production, marketing and supply chain teams on partner commitments
- Track timelines, deliverables and next steps across partnerships
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact partner relationships
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships
- Support the development of proposals and materials for account growth
- Work with leadership to progress commercial opportunities within existing accounts
- Support the launch of new products or initiatives with partners
- Ensure internal teams are aligned on timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate partner onboarding and implementation where required
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, contacts and opportunities within CRM systems
- Track partner performance and commercial metrics
- Provide regular updates to leadership on account status and opportunities
What Success Looks Like in This Role

- Ensure launches and partnership initiatives run smoothly across teams
- Improve visibility across partner activity and opportunities
- Help identify and unlock growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Act as a reliable bridge between external partners and internal teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who combines strong relationship management skills with commercial awareness and organisational discipline. You will likely have:
- 4–7 years experience in account management, partnerships or B2B relationship roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with senior external stakeholders
Experience in consumer goods, health/wellness, retail or fast-growing scale-ups would be beneficial but is not essential.
