Role description:
This is a full-time hybrid role, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As an Administrative Assistant in the Business Rates team, you will be involved in assisting with the team’s Business Rates management work on a number of key client occupational portfolios. The primary activities will include:
- opening/verifying rate demands
- maintaining detailed occupancy schedules
- liaising with billing authorities
- upkeeping CRM records
- supporting the team in the provision of accurate monthly financial reports/budgets to our clients
Required experience & qualifications:
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Sound academic background
- Attention to detail
- Naturally organised
- Possess good time management
- Confidence to communicate with client contacts, councils and colleagues
