A commercial property services firm has a role for an Administrative Assistant in their Business Rates team. The role is based at their offices in Central London.

Role description:

This is a full-time hybrid role, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As an Administrative Assistant in the Business Rates team, you will be involved in assisting with the team’s Business Rates management work on a number of key client occupational portfolios. The primary activities will include:

  • opening/verifying rate demands
  • maintaining detailed occupancy schedules
  • liaising with billing authorities
  • upkeeping CRM records
  • supporting the team in the provision of accurate monthly financial reports/budgets to our clients

Required experience & qualifications:

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Sound academic background
  • Attention to detail
  • Naturally organised
  • Possess good time management
  • Confidence to communicate with client contacts, councils and colleagues
