Sales Director – Luxury (design led) residential fit out
Central London
The Role:
You will lead the business development of the brand to luxury boutique residential developers, and their associated architects and interior designers. You\’ll be based in a newly created (cutting edge) showroom space in Central London, with by appointment meetings with the above client types, where the brand / product will be showcased.
- The target clients are luxury residential developers (of a boutique style), and the total target client list has been produced.
- You will make contact with sales directors and commercial directors and invite them to our new showroom.
- We will also have a launch of the showroom with invites sent to all prospective new and existing clients, along with architects and interior designers.
- The aim is to get tenders for new projects.
- All tendering is completed in house by our experienced design team.
- Once completed you will present in our showrooms.
- All product training will be supported by the CEO and they will accompany the new person until such time they are competent enough to handle clients themselves.
- The bonus is linked to sales instructions following successful tendering.
The candidate:
- Be client service orientated.
- Be a team player with a positive, proactive and hands-on attitude.
- Experienced in selling a luxury brand.
- Be personable with established client facing capabilities.
- Be capable of performing business development duties.
- Be ambitious with promotion aspirations.
- Have a strong work ethic and be willing to be in London 5 days per week, with visits to clients\’ offices in London and the surrounding areas.
- Have a driving licence.
