Manchester (hybrid) £65,000 - £70,000 (DOE) plus car, bonus & benefits
Working with the Team Director you will manage a portfolio of commercial property, across all commercial use sectors. The team manage a diverse range of assets located across the North West of the UK.
You will have ultimate responsibility for the performance of the assets to include management of the following services:
- Finance team
- Site based teams including facilities management
- Surveying team – surveyors/graduates/apprentices
- ESG team
- Asset Management initiatives
Responsibility for ensuring the assets are:
- Managed to the very highest standard
- Clean, safe, secure and in repair
- Providing a modern customer experience
- Market leading and competitive in the market
- Continuously reducing carbon emissions
- Operating with good value service charges
- ESG – be capable of progressing sustainability across the assets tailored to their specific needs
The candidate must:
- Be client service orientated
- Be a team player with a positive, proactive and hands-on attitude
- Be qualified to MRICS and a min of 4 years PQE
- Have a track record in managing people
- Have experience in managing large multi-let office assets
- Be personable with established client facing capabilities
- Be willing to explore asset management initiatives
- Be capable of performing business development duties
- Be ambitious with promotion aspirations
