Role description:
This is a full-time office based role. As a Facilities Coordinator, in the Facilities Management team, you will be involved in assisting with the team’s Facilities Management day-to-day work on a number of key client portfolios.
The key elements of the role are as follows:
- Assist the Facilities Managers in terms of Administration, ensuring they feel supported so they can provide a first-class customer experience to the firm's clients, tenants, and internal teams.
- Become the ‘system expert’ in the FM team (with training) to assist site based and office based FM teams in respect to their respective responsibilities.
- Work directly with the Head of Facilities Management on overseeing reporting to clients.
Required experience & qualifications:
- Proven experience within a strong customer service environment.
- High quality interpersonal skills, with excellent written and spoken communication skills both to individuals and groups.
- Flexible, open to assist in new initiatives and to be able to work independently and as a collaborator.
- Adaptable approach to work with good critical thinking skills.
- Ability to deal positively with conflict situations.
- Computer literate, competent with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Systems experience (property CRMs, and H&S platforms).
- Facilities Management experience; an advantage.
