Reporting to the Logistics Director, the ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in operations management, logistics, supply chain, or business/economic studies – preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of logistics experience, preferably in medical products, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG sectors, but open to retail/consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across global logistics operations.
- Analyse current business processes and propose improvements within logistics interactions with 3PLs.
- Identify cost improvement opportunities and manage the global logistics continuous improvement program.
- Build and lead initiative implementation teams for strategic projects supporting logistics and business strategies.
- Research latest technology trends in logistics and recommend applicable enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers to drive process and system improvements.
Key Experience/Skills Needed:
- Proficiency in SAP related to supply chain, distribution, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated success in developing business cases and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in warehousing and transportation.
- Experience working with third-party logistics suppliers on process, system, and cost-saving projects.
- Ideally, candidates who possess Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification, or equivalent qualifications.
