Overview
We are working closely with our client looking for a Night Operations Manager to run the night shift from 10 pm to 7 am. The role reports to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 3 Night shift managers.
- Control a budget of £3 million.
- Oversee product movement of goods in and out of loading bays.
- Drive contractual KPI for delivery and service levels.
- Ensure site safety, compliance and product integrity throughout all chambers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of night shift experience in a warehouse environment.
- Experience in a unionised setting.
- Strong logistics and warehouse knowledge; container handling experience a plus.
- Proficient IT skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Effective people management, motivation, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
- Planning and organising skills; strong self‑motivation.

- 45‑hour per week contract.
- 33 days holidays.
- Salary up to £55 k basic depending on experience.
- Working days Sunday to Thursday (night shift 10 pm – 7 am).
