REM Associates Ltd is seeking a Night Operations Manager to run the night shift from 22:00 to 07:00, reporting to the General Manager.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ night warehouse experience, unionised environment exposure, and strong IT skills.
You will manage a small night team, drive KPI delivery, and ensure safety and product integrity.
The role is 45 hours per week, Sunday–Thursday, with 33 days holidays and a basic salary up to £55k depending on experience.
