Job role
- To effectively plan all distribution operations on behalf of retailer to continually strive to improve service and reduce cost.
- To ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators through management of core processes and driving continuous improvement through efficient use of the companies’ physical and human assets.
- To maximise the performance of the operation by directing the daily, weekly and monthly activities. Providing leadership, motivation, training and development of the team, delivering against customer requirements, and operational performance.
