This role carries full accountability for operational performance, service delivery, cost control, and people leadership across a diverse customer portfolio. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, standardisation, and continuous improvement while ensuring high service levels in a fast-paced, contract logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across multiple non-food 3PL operations
- Ensure consistent service delivery in line with customer SLAs and contractual requirements
