Reporting to the Group Finance Director, we are seeking an experienced Finance professional with at least 7 years of experience. The Head of Finance position is based in Leeds, offering a competitive salary of £76k plus excellent benefits. Duties & Responsibilities
- Leading HR initiatives, working with outsourced partners to ensure compliance and staff well-being.
- Acting as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, driving insights and improvements for growth.
- Supporting the company’s expansion into new markets, including international opportunities.
- Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Managing operational functions, including stock planning, customer services, and despatch.
Requirements
- Experience managing operational and HR functions within an SME.
- A strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth and performance improvements.
- A qualification in finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven experience in a leadership position.
