Relyon Guarding and Security Services is a privately owned business, established over 25 years ago with multiple contracts with many prestigious clients across the Bristol and the Southwest, with offices in Bristol and Devon. Our clients include, Mitie, Bath and Northeast Somerset Council, Environment Agency, Defra and Bupa to name a few. Due to business expansion and contract wins, we are looking to increase our team with multiple vacancies for security staff within the Bristol and surrounding areas.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated dispatch administrator to join our expanding team. Your duties will include:

  • Receiving jobs from various call centres and allocating to officers.
  • Liaising with service partners, clients and officers to keep abreast of progress.
  • Ensuring systems are monitored to protect the welfare of staff.
  • Proofreading and issuing reports to clients.
  • Arranging short term officer cover and managing absence.
  • Updating key documents.

Full training will be provided. Full uniform and equipment to complete the role is provided. Opportunities for additional shift, overtime and development.

Shifts

Your shift pattern is determined by rota per month (average of 42 hours per week) and is based on a four on, four off pattern. 0600-1800 or 0700-1900 Saturday 0600-1800 or 0700-1900 Sundays
