We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for a chef seeking work‑life balance with daytime hours (no nights).

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with owners and kitchen staff in a supportive kitchen team, contributing ideas to develop the menu and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare fresh breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes, focusing on classic breakfast and brunch items cooked to a high standard, alongside new and evolving menu items inspired by food trends.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, with strong attention to plating and visually appealing dishes.
  • Ensure the kitchen meets all food safety and HACCP standards, work efficiently within a small kitchen team, and help deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.
  • Contribute ideas for new menu items and daily specials, and suggest improvements to menu, kitchen equipment and operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum four years’ experience as a Chef in fresh food kitchens.
  • Experience working with breakfast, brunch or café‑style menus is beneficial.
  • A friendly and positive team player with a no‑ego attitude.
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and quality cooking.
  • Strong attention to presentation and plating.
