About our Team
RELX operates a global treasury team supporting the RELX business operations and providing advice and expertise on treasury matters including treasury advisory, transactions, funding, and accounting.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring proper authorization and compliance of treasury deals and payments
- Providing electronic confirmations and maintaining files for treasury transactions
- Running control reports, preparing payments, and executing electronic payments
- Ensuring all payments are made and received on correct value date by daily bank reconciliation
- Ensuring counterparties confirm deals and releasing CP in electronic system
- Performing compliance reporting and maintaining databases
- Keeping derivatives and long term debt reset rates up to date in the Treasury Management System
- Maintaining files for commercial paper and for all foreign exchange contracts and payment advices to be sent to affiliated companies
- Assisting in various administrative tasks and Fides Maintenance
Requirements
- Possess a solid foundation of experience working in a financial environment
- Be experienced in working with complex multinational corporate environments
- Be familiar with Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
- Have proficiency in foreign language(s) is an advantage
- Be a team player with proactive problem‑solving skills
- Be capable of multitasking and delivering high performance while remaining organized and detail oriented
