About our Team
We’re seeking a highly self-motivated Engineer who can effectively prioritize projects, provide technical leadership, and collaborate closely with the Technical Lead to drive successful outcomes. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing new features and enhancing existing functionality. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies such as Spring Boot, Java18, Angular 11+, ReactJS, TypeScript, Python, AWS services (S3, SNS), Redis, Docker, and more.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern Java technologies and cloud-native practices. You will work closely with Product, UX, QA, and engineering teams to build robust applications, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance Java-based applications aligned with business objectives.
- Build and enhance application features to support evolving product and customer needs.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Translate product requirements into scalable, maintainable designs and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and services to enable seamless system integration.
- Ensure software quality through code reviews, adherence to best practices, and effective use of design patterns.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production and customer issues.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in object-oriented design, development, and standard design patterns.
- Expert-level development experience using Java, J2EE and Web Services.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Spring Boot, Micro Services and SOA web services.
- Expertise with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and/or ReactJS.
- Proficiency in SQL, including query writing, stored procedures, and basic data modeling.
- Strong experience with modern testing frameworks, including unit and integration testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), and containerization technologies.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective cross-team relationships.
