About our Team
We are a team of Project and Programme Managers who work across our organisation to provide strategic, innovational and transformational change for our analytical and digital tools. You will be working alongside subject matter experts in Health Information Technology. We collaborate globally to work cross-functionally to ensure flawless and robust enhancements and refinements. We deliver a variety of successful technology projects that create value and provide inspired solutions for our customers and business. About the Role
As a Project Manager II, you will take ownership for managing investment projects and initiatives for our Health Markets business unit. You will project-manage cross-functional teams by working closely with all aspects of the product development community: Market Vertical, Product Manager, Engineering, etc. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define deliverables, create business cases, road-maps, manage expectations and budgets and collaborate to resolve issues in one or more Business Units. You will be key in ensuring we execute and deliver successful projects on-time, to quality and in-budget.
Responsibilities:
- Depending on scope and complexity, manage numerous projects a year.
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures.
- Manage all phases of the project through the Product Development process.
- Define key performance parameters and create regular variance reports to track progress.
- Maintain compliance with corporate and public regulations.
- Perform data analysis relevant to project tasks.
- Request resource demand and review resource allocation for projects.
- Define deliverables, create business cases and roadmaps and manage budgets through establishing acceptance criteria and expectations with stakeholders.
- Identify and understand internal and external dependencies to ensure deliverables are executed in a sequence that achieves successful business outcomes.
- Work with business and engineering resource managers to assemble project teams.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of IT PMO experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience required.
- Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) required.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
- Agile knowledge required.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Experience using project planning tools such as MS Project, MS Office, NS Visio, Smartsheet, Miro).
