About the role
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving commercial excellence and shaping worldâclass events? RX is on the lookout for an accomplished Portfolio Director with deep Luxury travel experience to spearhead the growth of a highâimpact cluster of exhibitions and events. This is a key leadership role for a commercially driven professional who thrives on delivering exceptional customer value and leading highâperforming teams to ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the longâterm vision, strategy, and innovation roadmap for the ILTM portfolio of events
- Inspire and support highâperforming, crossâfunctional teams across event design, sales, marketing, content, and operations
- Drive commercial growth and P&L across all revenue streams, including exhibitions, sponsorships, digital products and ticket sales
- Engage extensively with key stakeholders including our customers and the broader luxury travel industry
- Use data and customer insights to shape event formats, content, and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and senior leaders to align goals and maximise performance
- Ensure delivery of highâquality, inclusive, and engaging inâperson and digital event experiences
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across all event touchpoints
- Lead change initiatives to adapt to evolving customer and market needs
Requirements
- Significant experience in Luxury travel or similar commercial leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving growth and innovation in complex portfolios
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse and multidisciplinary teams
- Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and a dataâinformed approach
