The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions within a complex, customized Salesforce ecosystem that spans multiple Salesforce clouds—including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, solution architects, and developers across regions to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and optimise business processes. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and hands-on Salesforce experience to deliver value in a dynamic and international environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders across functions and geographies to capture, analyse, and prioritise business requirements. Translate business processes into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to understand business challenges and opportunities.
  • Solution Design & Delivery: Work with Salesforce architects and developers to design solutions aligned with best practices and business goals. Support configuration and validation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support change management activities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring alignment of Salesforce capabilities with strategic objectives. Bridge communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement: Support data governance, quality assurance, and compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Proactively identify opportunities for processing automation, efficiency gains, and Salesforce platform optimisation. Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.

Skills & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Good experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ; hands-on configuration experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end requirement gathering, process mapping (BPMN), and translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies in Salesforce project delivery.
  • Experience working on large-scale transformational projects.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across time zones and cultures.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist) are highly desirable.
