As a QA Test Engineer, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and security of distributed services and machine-learning (ML) components. You will build and improve automated testing and QA tooling that supports AI-enabled products at scale.
Responsibilities:- Build automated test suites for APIs, ML services, and data pipelines.
- Validate model behaviour, drift, and performance against defined service levels.
- Test feature pipelines and real-time decisioning components.
- Improve continuous testing, automated regression, and integration frameworks.
- Use AI-assisted testing tools where appropriate (for example, LLM-based test generation and fuzz testing).
- Validate data quality and transformation logic within Snowflake pipelines.
- Contribute to quality gates in DevOps and SecOps, including security scanning, compliance checks, and release controls.
- Partner with developers to ensure releases meet performance and reliability standards.
- Experience in QA automation and building reliable automated test suites.
- Ability to automate tests in Python or TypeScript.
- Experience testing APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with ML/AI development workflows (for example, validating model performance and monitoring for drift).
- Experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data platform.
- Understanding of CI/CD and security-aware engineering practices.
- Comfort working across disciplines and learning new tools as needed.
