About the Role
The Group Product Manager will own a smaller product or multiple product features within a complex product and lead product domain strategy and program execution. In addition, he/she will represent product domain(s) to peers, managers and executives across the company and to external audiences. This individual will also manage people, with responsibility for their recruitment and development, and informally lead cross-functional team members instilling a focus on the delivery of commercially successful products. This role will revolve around leading the watchlist data product offerings within the Financial Crime Compliance division. A core facet of the role will revolve around the development of new methodologies designed to tear down siloes and create a seamless experience between watchlists and the various FCC software products and platforms that consume them. A heavy focus will also be necessary on establishing new lines of communication and collaborative ways of working with the field, FCC portfolio stakeholders, technology, and data operations teams. While this position is internationally-based, the individual in this role will not only be managing but also working closely with US colleagues, therefore scheduling flexibility will be crucial.
