About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Workflow Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This role offers an opportunity for legally trained professionals to apply their experience in a technology‑enabled environment, supporting law firms and in‑house legal teams in improving how they work through AI‑supported workflows and legal information tools. You will act as the bridge between our technology and the legal professionals who use it daily. Working closely with clients, you will help them adopt our platform, integrate it into existing workflows, and realise clear, measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding and Training
    • Design and deliver accessible onboarding and training tailored to different user groups and practice areas.
    • Lead interactive training sessions that demonstrate AI‑enabled workflows across research, drafting, review, and knowledge management.
    • Create clear, practical training materials, including guides and short videos.
  • Adoption and Value Realisation
    • Monitor client usage and work with customers to encourage effective and expanded use of our workflows.
    • Identify and help address common barriers to adoption, taking into account time pressures and varied working styles.
    • Communicate the value achieved by clients, including efficiency, quality, and risk‑related outcomes.
  • Workflow Design and Optimisation
    • Work with customers to understand existing processes and design improved, AI‑supported workflows.
    • Configure workflows to align with client preferences, practice‑area needs, and organisational standards.
    • Share proven approaches and best practices to support learning across the customer base.
  • Product Feedback and Collaboration
    • Represent customer perspectives internally, translating feedback into clear, practical insights.
    • Partner with product and development teams to inform future improvements.
    • Support testing of new features, focusing on usability, accuracy, and real‑world application.

Requirements

  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales, with experience working in legal practice or in‑house environments (Ideally 3+ years PQE).
  • Experience working with complex legal workflows in either transactional or contentious matters.
  • Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders and delivering clear, engaging presentations or training.
  • An interest in legal technology and curiosity about how AI can support better legal outcomes (prior AI experience is not required).
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and a collaborative working style.
