About the Role: The Global Head of Sales Readiness, reporting to the Director of Global Sales Enablement, leads a strategic initiative to elevate Sales Readiness and transition the company to a Value-Based-Sales organization. This role focuses on improving key sales metrics and achieving commercial goals such as Customer Value, Go-to-Market excellence, and Operational Innovation. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including Executive Leaders, Regional and Local Leadership Teams, Heads of Sales, Country Managers, and leaders from marketing and operations. With a global remit, the role requires working with business units across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, facilitating, coaching, and managing projects to support sales teams in developing and implementing their roadmaps. Additionally, the Global Head of Sales Readiness will work alongside specialist global teams to enhance operational efficiency, business performance, and customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive scalable initiatives to improve sales readiness.
  • Surface good practices, initiate, scale, and integrate local pilots and innovations.
  • Identify blockers to sales goals, formulate solutions, and lead their implementation.
  • Measure the impact of solutions on Value-Based Selling and other key metrics.
  • Consult with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align Sales Readiness criteria with customer and company goals.
  • Define processes and tools with experts to incorporate Sales Readiness into operational planning.
  • Recommend ways for leaders to drive performance and ensure commitment to initiatives.
  • Guide and coach Sales Leaders to implement and measure Sales Readiness improvements.
  • Track and communicate the state of Sales Readiness at global, team, and brand levels.
  • Collaborate with Global Sales Enablement team to align training programs, streamline sales systems, and support Sales Enablement Managers.
