About the Role

As a Data Operations Executive, you will play a key role in coordinating, governing, and optimizing data activities across the business. Working closely with business and technical teams, you will ensure data-related requests are delivered with quality, compliance, and efficiency while supporting strategic data initiatives that enable business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee operational data requests, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance are met
  • Act as central point of contact for data-related topics across business and technical teams
  • Ensure alignment with data protection regulations and internal governance processes
  • Identify and resolve data quality and process issues, including root cause analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement of data processes and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Support and enable strategic initiatives such as Data Strategy and Data Activation activities
  • Conduct impact assessments for changes in data processes or requirements
  • Monitor data operations and proactively mitigate risks related to quality, compliance, or delivery

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of data processes, governance, and data protection requirements
  • Experience in coordinating data-related workflows and operational requests
  • Ability to perform root cause and impact analysis on data quality and process issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Understanding of data infrastructure and data flow concepts (no deep DBA expertise required)
  • Ability to identify process improvements and drive implementation of new approaches
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies
