From the first brick in the fit-out to the Grand Opening gala and mastering the P&L, you are the owner of this flagship's destiny, the architect of our consumer insights, and the frontline commander of our UK retail operations.
What You'll Do (The Core Responsibilities)
- Flagship Launch & Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of our Concept store launch, coordinating with architects, contractors, and Global HQ. Turn a "shell and core" site into a premium brand landmark on time and on budget.
- Commercial Strategy & P&L Ownership: Treat the store like your own business. You have full accountability for the P&L, labor optimization, and inventory strategy to drive positive cash flow. Drive high-performance results through data-backed decision-making and strict store-level ROI management.
- Hyper-local Marketing & Community: Position the store as a cultural landmark. You will independently design in-store activations, fashion collaborations, and VIP community events to generate organic "brand heat" and robust customer retention.
- Regulatory & Risk Management: Ensure 100% compliance with TRPR/TPD regulations, strict age-verification protocols, and UK Employment Law.
