About The Role
The Field Account Manager plays a key role in driving the success of the sales team. This position requires a consultative sales approach—deeply understanding stakeholder needs and offering tailored, solution-oriented propositions. You will engage proactively with a portfolio of clients to uncover their strategies, goals, and challenges, ensuring our solutions are aligned to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by the Sales Director.
- Manage and grow an existing client base, driving revenue retention, renewals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong sales acumen across the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—with effective opportunity management.
- Analyse industry trends to assess their impact on client strategies and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen client partnerships and maximise revenue potential.
- Take a proactive approach to personal and professional development.
Requirements
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and accountable, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex information clearly.
- Adept at using a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset—open to feedback, learning, and continuous improvement.
Hybrid role with 2 to 3 days a week in the office (Cardiff).
