About the Team: This newly formed central team focuses on driving excellence across digital and data, operations, marketing technology, automation, performance marketing and analytics. It drives consistency, scale, and smarter decision‑making across Data Services Marketing.
About the role: A senior Hub role accountable for the global Martech ecosystem, marketing systems governance, and operational excellence across four brands within Data Services. This leader sets the technology and operations strategy, builds scalable processes, and ensures marketing systems, data and workflows operate as a unified, compliant and commercially impactful engine. The role drives adoption, capability uplift and consistent execution across all brands and markets.
Responsibilities:
- Martech Strategy & Platform Leadership - Own and deliver the global Data Services Martech strategy and roadmap, governing a scalable, integrated stack while setting architecture standards, driving platform adoption, optimisation and measurable commercial ROI across hub and brand teams.
- Marketing Systems Governance - Establish and govern global marketing systems standards, ensuring secure, compliant and high‑quality use of customer data while maintaining robust documentation, change control, performance monitoring and continuous risk‑based improvement.
- Marketing Operations Strategy - Define and execute the global Marketing Operations strategy and maturity roadmap, aligning people, processes, data and technology to enable scalable demand generation, consistent execution and strong cross‑functional alignment with sales operations and business systems.
- Process Design & Operational Excellence - Design and scale standardised end‑to‑end marketing processes across regions and brands, improving speed, quality and funnel performance through data‑led optimisation while owning lead management and enabling multi‑channel activation and experimentation at scale.
- Hub Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment - Lead and develop a high‑performing Hub team across Martech, governance and marketing operations, setting clear priorities, KPIs and operating rhythms while partnering closely with sales operations, digital, data, governance and brand leaders to ensure aligned, seamless execution.
- Change Leadership & Enablement - Act as the central change leader for marketing systems, processes and operating models, building scalable training and enablement programmes while championing adoption of global standards, tools and ways of working across markets.
Requirements:
- Senior leadership experience in Martech, Marketing Operations or Marketing Systems in a global or matrixed organisation.
- Expertise in Martech strategy, platform governance, integrations and data management.
- Proven impact driving scalability, operational efficiency and funnel performance.
- Extensive transformation, stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
- Ability to operate cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
