About the Team
Our Marketing team is a multidisciplinary team of marketing and market specialists. Our methodology focuses on crafting value-driven narratives that help our clients understand the impact of analytics and digital transformation on their bottom line. We work closely with Sales, Product, Professional services and Solutions consulting to understand customer needs, respond to market trends, and align messaging with product innovation and commercial objectives. Through this approach, we enhance customer engagement and support sustainable business growth. You will foster a "servant-leader" culture that encourages innovation, data-informed decision-making, and global collaboration.
About the Role
As the Global Head of Marketing, you will be the architect of Cirium’s go-to-market engine and the primary driver of global revenue growth. You will lead a team of industry and creative experts through transformation creating an inclusive culture of belonging, to ensure we are future ready and remain connected to our purpose. This role requires a forward-thinking marketer who can seamlessly bridge the gap between strategic storytelling and measurable business expansion. You are responsible for ensuring that Cirium’s analytics solutions are translated into clear, actionable, and compelling stories that resonate with the world’s largest aviation companies. As a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team, you will be pivotal in aligning global cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, and Strategy—to drive market penetration and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth & Demand Generation (40% - 50%)
- GTM Execution: Own the Go-to-Market strategy, translating brand propositions into integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
- The "Face of Cirium": Partner with executive leadership to represent the company at major industry events and webinars, solidifying our position as a thought leader.
- Value narrative: Shape and oversee powerful, value-driven narratives that convey our solution benefits across all touchpoints.
- Content Innovation: Partner with brand teams for creation of high-impact "category-defining" content that simplifies complex commodity data for a broad global audience.
- Customer Engagement: Drive initiatives like account-based marketing that deepen loyalty and unlock growth within our existing global account base.
- Strategic Leadership & Team Transformation (20% - 30%)
- High-Engagement Leadership: Transform the marketing organization into a high-engagement, high-performance team by fostering a culture of psychological safety, continuous learning, and radical accountability.

- Matrix Optimization (JTBD): Define clear "Jobs to be Done" (JTBD) for the marketing team to eliminate role ambiguity and maximize the benefits of working with central hub services.
- Marketing Tech Stack: Work with central marketing teams to build and scale robust operations using automation, AI, and CRM tools to optimize performance.
- Data Fluency & AI Innovation: Champion the use of analytics to inform strategy and lead the integration of generative AI and advanced digital personalization to deliver high-impact customer experiences.

- Matrix Utilization: Drive efficiency between the local team and central hub services by a reduction in "duplicate work" and a high internal Net Promoter Score (NPS) from central teams regarding the clarity of briefs.
- Operational Friction Reduction: Decrease in the "time-to-market" for global campaigns, achieved through the successful streamlining of operating plan.
- Transformation & AI Maturity: Measurable progress in the adoption of AI-driven marketing tools and the successful streamlining of global pre-sales and marketing workflow.
