About the Role
You will deliver high-quality administrative support to senior leaders and teams, handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. You’ll use standard business software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and manage documents, reports, and meeting materials.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to UKI & EMEA Legal Teams, including record keeping, shared mailbox management, and meeting coordination
- Assist with task allocation using the Pricing and Contract Tool (PCT)
- Act as the first point of contact for internal queries from Sales, CRM, and other teams, ensuring timely responses or redirection
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across time zones
- Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate minutes
- Support planning and delivery of internal projects and events
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Experience in legal administration or minute-taking is a plus, but not required
