Overview

In this role you will develop and deliver learning content for legal professionals across practice areas. You will orchestrate webinar content, manage cross-functional collaboration, and push innovation through AI and emerging tech in the learning portfolio. You’ll build strong partnerships with authors, law firms, and internal stakeholders to shape high-quality, market-informed content. This is a chance to impact practitioners’ productivity and decision making through engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Commission new content across market sectors and practice areas with appropriate subject matter experts
  • Manage end-to-end commissioning, including planning, scheduling, and delivery of learning materials
  • Collaborate with internal practice groups, content teams, product leads, coordinators, and external vendors to produce learning content
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with authors, law firms, and internal stakeholders for future content development
  • Assist contracting processes with speakers alongside legal and commissioning teams
  • Develop market and subject matter expertise to inform content strategy
  • Gather and analyse market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide content development
  • Support AI implementation initiatives and broader webinar-related projects
