As a Product Manager, you will support the development and delivery of product features that directly improve the experience of compliance professionals across multiple industries and jurisdictions. Working within a collaborative, cross-functional team, you will turn user needs into actionable requirements, keep execution aligned with roadmap priorities, and help our platform deliver real impact. You will work closely with the Head of Product, engineering, data science, content, design, and commercial teams to gather customer insight, shape feature requirements, ensure successful delivery, and iterate based on data and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Analyse usage data, synthesise feedback from commercial teams, and partner with UX Research to develop a clear understanding of user needs and pain points.
- Support the definition and prioritisation of feature requirements and acceptance criteria across the product.
- Contribute to market and competitive research to inform product positioning and feature decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the regulatory compliance landscape and the workflows of our target customer personas.
- Own and manage product features and AI-powered capabilities across the RegCompliance+ platform through the full development lifecycle, from discovery through to launch.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to support delivery, providing clear requirements and timely input throughout the development process.
- Monitor product performance post-release using key metrics and customer feedback, identifying opportunities for further iteration and improvement.
- Partner with content, editorial, Sales and Marketing teams while communicating progress, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
Experience
- Experience in a product management, business analysis, or closely related role, or demonstrable evidence of strong product thinking developed through adjacent experience (e.g. customer-facing roles, consulting, operations, or technology delivery).
- Familiarity with AI-driven product development and how AI creates customer value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise requirements and communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset with a curiosity about user behaviour and unmet needs.
- Structured approach to prioritisation and organisation.
- Collaborative working style.
- Experience working within a SaaS, information services, legal, compliance, or B2B technology environment; exposure to user research methods, A/B testing, or product analytics platforms; and/or an understanding of the UK and/or EU regulatory compliance landscape, including areas such as employment law, financial services regulation, data protection, ESG, or AML/CTF.
