This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious paralegal to join the Lexis®PSL Hub as Paralegal.

Supporting the Property, Property Disputes, Construction and Planning areas, you will work closely with experienced lawyers and legal experts to create and maintain high-quality practical guidance content while contributing to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.

This role offers the opportunity to broaden your legal expertise, develop new skills, and play a key role in supporting practitioners through trusted legal content.

  • Draft and review Property, Property Disputes, Construction and Planning content (e. g. Practice Notes, Precedents, Checklists, Timelines, and Q&As)
  • Collaborate closely with PSLs and external authors to develop content that meets the needs of practitioners
  • Review and edit content for legal accuracy, clarity, and consistency with Lexis Nexis house style
  • Take an active role in drafting tasks, including complex Precedents and specialist Practice Notes
  • Support PSLs in managing incoming content tasks
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
  • Participate in platform testing, innovation initiatives, and technology adoption to support Lexis+ UK
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Experience working in a legal environment (e. g. law firm, in-house, chambers, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows and content types (e. g. precedents, practice notes)
  • Confidence and ability to take ownership of complex content tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and legal technology tools
  • LPC/BTC qualification and experience in Property, Property Disputes, Construction and Planning.
