Overview
In this role you will drive AI and automation initiatives across Global Forms and Precedents Editorial Operations to boost quality, efficiency, and scalable content processes. You’ll partner with global teams to translate ideas into practical strategies and oversee deployment of AI solutions with governance and responsible usage. You will stay ahead of industry trends, lead cross-functional programs, and report outcomes to leadership. Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize AI/automation opportunities to streamline editorial, metadata, and content operations workflows globally
- Support development and execution of GFP AI strategy aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take AI/content optimization from ideation to deployment
- Review approaches for alignment with governance and quality standards
- Oversee integration of AI/automation solutions for global deployment
- Create progress reports and share data-driven updates with internal teams and leadership
- Stay informed on AI/automation trends and best practices with a global focus
- Drive continuous improvement and promote responsible AI usage
Key requirements
- Experience in content operations, project management, or product development
- Extensive experience with forms and precedents content in at least one global region
- Experience utilizing AI and automation for content optimization
- Ability to lead global cross-functional projects across multiple time zones
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in AI technologies including LLMs, NLP, and ML applications
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at detailed and executive levels
