Overview
As a Legal Engineer, you bridge law, technology and AI to transform how legal work is delivered. You work with law firms and in-house teams to design AI-enabled workflows, driving adoption and measurable improvements in efficiency and quality. You collaborate with Partners, GC, Knowledge Management and Innovation teams to solve real business challenges. This role combines legal expertise with cutting-edge technology in a global, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead workflow discovery sessions to map current legal processes, identify pain points and opportunities for AI-enabled improvement
- Design, configure and deploy AI-enabled workflows aligned with client objectives
- Deliver onboarding and adoption sessions for diverse user groups and practice areas
- Collaborate with Customer Success to embed new workflows and sustain adoption
- Monitor usage to identify opportunities for improved adoption, engagement and value realization
- Demonstrate measurable outcomes in efficiency, quality, consistency and risk reduction
- Act as the voice of the customer by translating requirements and feedback into actionable insights for Product/Dev teams
- Share best practices and reusable workflows across customers and internal teams
Key requirements
- Solicitor qualification in England & Wales
- 3+ years' PQE in large law firm or major in-house team
- Experience with complex legal workflows (transactional and/or contentious)
- Strong consulting, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Genuine interest in legal technology, AI and workflow transformation
- Excellent relationship-building and ability to influence across multiple stakeholders
