Overview
In this role, you will shape and maintain market-leading Private Client content for Lexis+ Practical Guidance, keeping pace with England & Wales developments. You will work with practising lawyers to deliver high-quality insights and practical analysis. This is a chance to influence how private client law is taught and applied across a global professional audience. Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a market-leading Private Client content set (notes, precedents, checklists, flowcharts)
- Contribute to the Private Client current awareness service by selecting developments and reporting updates
- Deliver targeted analysis for Private Client lawyers
- Monitor relevant legal and industry developments
Key requirements
- Qualified lawyer with broad Private Client experience in England & Wales
- Full member of STEP
- Excellent technical knowledge of Private Client law including Private Client taxation
- Awareness of Private Client-related legal issues and developments
- Ability to convey complex concepts concisely and practically
