About our Team: The role will sit within a team of skilled content creatives, and there will be a need to work across multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring the level of design work is both bold and brilliant, whilst being consistent with the ICIS brand.
About the Role: The role will take a hands-on approach to producing high quality design assets for web, social, print and events, as well as video, animation, gifs and digital web pages, creative campaigns, presentations and high-value collateral. This role is specifically focused on digital marketing content and presents a fantastic opportunity to help shape the focus of ICIS and the presence it plays both internally and public facing.
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging visuals for digital channels, including social media, email, websites, and online advertising
- Create marketing materials for campaigns, product launches, and events (digital and print)
- Produce assets for desktop, mobile, and app platforms
- Ensure all work aligns with ICIS brand guidelines
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and UX colleagues to deliver effective creative work
- Use feedback and performance data to improve and adapt designs
- Explore new ideas, formats, and tools to keep creative output fresh and effective
Requirements:
- Experience creating digital design assets for marketing or communications
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (such as Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop)
- Ability to understand a brief and translate it into clear, effective design
- Strong visual communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable sharing ideas and receiving constructive feedback
