Overview
As Global Sales Performance Partner, you drive day-to-day delivery of assigned seller workflow initiatives within a global, matrixed organization. You translate priorities into practical plans, coordinate cross-functional work, and ensure timely, measurable outcomes. You identify blockers and risks early, offering pragmatic next steps and clear stakeholder updates. This role focuses on enabling end-to-end seller experience and business value, not on owning sales technology strategy. You will thrive by delivering impact through disciplined execution and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of designated projects and workstreams from kickoff to completion
- Translate objectives into practical plans with scope, owners, timelines, dependencies, and expected business impact
- Coordinate across stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and functions; facilitate working sessions
- Identify blockers, risks, capacity constraints, and scope changes early with actionable recommendations
- Manage a focused set of priorities and rebalance as needed with the Lead
- Close work only after outcomes are delivered and impact reviewed
- Maintain lightweight project records with status, next steps, owners, and risks
- Provide concise inputs for weekly reviews and leadership updates
- Document decisions, actions, owners, and due dates; follow through or escalate
- Act as day-to-day contact for initiatives; tailor communication to audience while preserving a single source of truth
- Execute the global enablement approach for sales tools; develop reusable communications and materials
- Coordinate with Business Units to confirm readiness and ownership and support local execution
- Gather feedback, remove adoption barriers, and coordinate remediation or optimization
- Build reusable knowledge and support paths to reduce reliance on live support
- Develop practical knowledge of seller workflows and stakeholder needs affected by projects
- Document current and future processes, ownership, and handoffs; align with design and tech teams
- Identify friction patterns and opportunities for simplification; provide clear recommendations
- Support pilots, changes, and optimization through coordination and enablement
- Ensure tool and process changes are understood within end-to-end seller experience
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Marketing, Operations, or related discipline
- Experience in project delivery, workstream coordination, sales operations or enablement, or related function
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with clear objectives, planning, and follow-through
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and documenting decisions
- Experience supporting tool or process enablement through communications and adoption activities
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize input, identify patterns/risks/dependencies, and translate into actionable next steps
