Overview
As an Event Marketing Manager at ICIS, you will lead commercially focused marketing for a portfolio of events, driving audience engagement, delegate growth and sponsorship opportunities. You’ll craft integrated campaigns aligned to revenue goals, collaborating across Events, Sales, Content and Customer Success. Your work translates insights into targeted messaging and high‑quality campaign activity. This is a chance to shape event strategies at a data‑driven, customer‑centric market leader.

Responsibilities
- Develop commercially driven marketing strategies for a portfolio of events aligned to revenue targets
- Own end‑to‑end integrated campaigns from planning to execution, reporting and optimization
- Define target audiences, objectives, channels and success metrics for each event
- Translate insights into clear messaging and event propositions
- Deliver campaigns across email, web, social, content, partnerships and enablement
- Partner with Sales to support delegate acquisition, sponsorship leads and revenue performance
- Collaborate with Content, Editorial, Product, Analytics and Operations to strengthen propositions and effectiveness
- Monitor campaign performance and use insights to inform future strategies
Key requirements
- Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in events or related sectors
- Experience planning and delivering integrated campaigns that support revenue and engagement goals
- Strong project management across multiple campaigns and stakeholders
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and data‑led acquisition
- Strong copywriting and editing skills for customer‑focused messaging
- Ability to use campaign performance and insights to optimize activity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across Sales, Content, Product and Operations teams
