Overview
In this role you will translate complex financial services rules into practical, business-friendly content that helps clients meet obligations. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape a strategically important regulatory content portfolio and continuously improve how obligations are presented. You’ll monitor developments to keep materials accurate and aligned with customer workflows, and identify opportunities to expand or refine content. You will engage with customers and internal groups to provide actionable subject-matter input, driving practical compliance solutions. Responsibilities
- Own and refresh financial services regulatory content across frameworks
- Create and maintain simplified regulatory registers from complex obligations
- Monitor regulatory developments and keep content accurate and aligned with customer needs
- Interpret legislation and supervisory expectations to identify practical implications
- Identify opportunities to expand, restructure or improve content based on regulatory and customer needs
- Engage with customers and support Sales, Product, Marketing and customer-facing teams with subject-matter input
- Manage and review work from SMEs, contributors or vendors to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate across content, product and technology to improve scalable workflows, including AI-assisted tools
Key requirements
- Financial services regulatory expertise from a bank, insurer, financial institution, regulator or legal practice serving the sector
- Strong knowledge of European regulatory processes and ability to interpret legislation
- Ability to translate legal requirements into practical, accessible content or business solutions
- Experience maintaining compliance frameworks, registers or similar materials
- Excellent analytical, research and drafting skills with attention to detail and commercial judgement
- Comfort engaging with customers and stakeholders across a global organization
