About the Role

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead and coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams. You will play a key role in driving successful project delivery, supporting operational excellence, and enabling organizational change. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help improve processes, facilitate adoption of AI-enabled solutions, and ensure projects are delivered effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple concurrent projects across the product development lifecycle from initiation through delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate resources, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and other business functions.
  • Facilitate delivery governance and ensure effective communication of project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Support release planning and coordination activities to ensure successful deployments and operational readiness.
  • Assist with incident management processes, coordinating cross-functional teams during high-priority operational events and helping drive timely resolution.
  • Facilitate post-incident reviews, lessons learned sessions, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives that improve delivery effectiveness, operational efficiency, adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, and organizational agility.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive organizational change initiatives and support the adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and implement AI-enabled solutions, automation opportunities, and productivity improvements.
  • Monitor delivery and operational metrics, develop and maintain data-driven reporting and dashboards, and provide actionable insights, analysis, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Analyze project, release, incident, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities for improvement, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, security, and governance requirements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading technology, product, or operational projects in a Project Management or PMO environment.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project dependencies.
  • Experience supporting release management, deployment planning, and delivery governance activities.
  • Experience participating in incident management, issue resolution, or operational support processes.
  • Experience driving process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
  • Experience supporting organizational change, transformation initiatives, or adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Experience helping teams adopt new technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, operating models, or process changes as part of organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Experience developing and presenting data-driven reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience using reporting and visualization tools to communicate progress, risks, operational performance, outcomes, and business impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
